WashNames is a marketplace and does not adjudicate trademark disputes. Sellers confirm on submission that, to their knowledge, listed domains do not infringe on any third party's trademark. Buyers are responsible for their own trademark clearance before purchase.

If you believe a listing on WashNames infringes on a trademark you own, contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove the listing.
